Business process automation, system integration, and internal tools
Stop paying people to move data between systems
We remove the repetitive work: connecting systems that do not talk to each other, replacing spreadsheet handoffs, and building the internal tools your team has been asking for.
The problem
Manual process work is invisible on any budget line. Nobody has a cost centre called "copying rows between systems", so it never competes for attention — it just quietly consumes hours every week, introduces errors nobody catches until month end, and stops entirely when one particular person takes leave.
What's included
System integrations
Get your CRM, accounting, support desk, and internal database exchanging data reliably, with retries and alerting when a sync fails rather than silent divergence.
Workflow automation
Approvals, notifications, onboarding and offboarding sequences, scheduled reports — the multi-step processes currently held together by someone remembering to do them.
Internal tools and dashboards
Admin panels and operational dashboards so your team stops asking an engineer to run a query every time they need a number.
Data pipelines and reporting
Scheduled extraction, transformation and loading into somewhere your team can actually query, with monitoring so you find out when a job fails.
Document and file workflows
Generation, routing, storage and archival of documents that currently pass through an inbox and a shared drive.
How we approach it
- 01
Follow the process as it actually runs
We watch it happen and write down every step, including the exceptions people handle without thinking. The exceptions are where automation projects usually fail.
- 02
Count the hours honestly
How often it runs, how long it takes, what an error costs to fix. If the numbers do not justify the build, we will say so before you spend anything.
- 03
Automate the common path first
Cover the majority case and route the rest to a person. Chasing full coverage on day one is how these projects double in cost.
- 04
Make failure loud
Automation that fails silently is worse than the manual process, because nobody notices for weeks. Every workflow gets retries, alerting, and an audit log.
- 05
Hand over the controls
Your team should be able to change a threshold or a recipient without booking us. Where that is possible, we build it that way.
Our position
"Automate the process you have, not the process you wish you had."
The most common failure is redesigning the workflow at the same time as automating it. You end up debugging two changes at once and cannot tell which one broke. Automate the current process faithfully, get it stable, then improve it deliberately.
